COSY COMFORTS WITH WELLINGTON WINES AT BOVLEI

If you're a fan of pairings and something a little different, then Wellington Wines in South Africa is just for you! Think of tasting a very unique white Pinotage and to enjoy a fabulous doughnut and wine pairing!

The Location

Wellington Wines is about an hour's drive out of Cape Town. The tasting room is called "Bovlei" which can be a little confusing until you learn of the history. The tasting room has a homely feel and would be best for smaller groups of people during the winter months.

They even have a cute memorial wall that shows the history of this wine company. Plus the tasting room is kid and wheelchair friendly.

Wellington Wines Tasting Options

There are actually quite a lot of different tasting options!

  • La Cave Wine Tasting: R150
  • Duke Wine Tasting: R55
  • Duke & Donuts Pairing – R60 – 4 wines paired with donuts
  • Wine tasting & a Platter from Bain’s Caffe: R200 serves 2
