Lourensford Rosé MCC - Pink delight!

Just in time for Valentine's Day, I received this wonderful Rosé MCC to review from Lourensford. It compliments everything pink with this striking black bottle. This MCC is 60% Pinot noir and 40% Chardonnay. It paired wonderfully with Turkish Delight! The salt on the side is flavoured with cherries and coconut! 12 vol % alcohol and 4.4g/l sugar. This MCC retails for ±R220When reviewing wine, I like to rate it on:Colour (out of 3)Smell (out of 7)And taste (out of 10)So the taste has the most weighting. It is also very seldom that I rate a wine less than 3/3 for colour.Bottle:It is not very often that you see a black Rosé MCC bottle which is something different.Colour:The colour was distinctly salmon with hints of orange shining through the glass. 3 out of 3.Smell:Cherry aromas with hints of strawberries. 5 out of 7.Taste:Distinctly refreshing with strawberry flavours. I could also taste a hint of rose water. It was dry however still made your mouth water due to the good acidity in the wine.  This wine pairs perfectly well with Turkish delight or strawberries and cream but would also work well with seafood dishes.  8 out of 10.Total is: 16/20 =a great MCC to enjoy with dessert.Cheers guys!Available directly from the farm at R220 per bottle.
