Pink bubbly delight with Paul Réne MCC

I recently celebrated my Mother's birthday and what better way to celebrate than with a glass of pink bubbly!paul-rene-on-iceThe Paul René Brut Rosé 2014 has a very light pink colour and that is the fashion these days - rose gold!paul-rene-topPinot Noir is quickly becoming the wine drink of the summer season and this is no different.paul-rene-pouring-shotMade from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to give it a bit of depth. It certainly did get my taste buds going due to the taste of strawberries and cherries on the palate.close-up-pouringIt was absolutely bursting with flavour and would pair wonderfully with rich foods like Salmon or even Lindt chocolate. I would not recommend drinking this MCC without food.paul-rene-on-grass-top-shotThe best way to taste MCC is to hold it on your tongue and wait for the wine to drop below your tongue. Add a bit of Lindt Strawberry chocolate balls and you have a taste sensation in your mouth!paul-rene-close-up R170 a bottle. So what wine will I review next?x
