Here’s my experience:

Bacon biltong
My favourite pairing was the Kudu droewors paired with the Cabernet Sauvignon.  Stellenbosch Hills also has a sparkling wine range (Pinot Noir Rosé and Sauvignon Blanc) as well as a sweet Muscat to tickle the senses.
Again, bookings are strongly advised – especially for the short-run bacon addition. A tasting session runs for some 45 minutes – a steal at R65 per person.Book immediately by sending an email to info@stellenbosch-hills.co.za or call 021 881 3828.For more information about Stellenbosch Hills and its wines, visit www.stellenbosch-hills.co.za.Share your #StellenboschHills Biltong & Wine tasting moments on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/StellenboschHills/), Twitter @STBHills and Instagram @stellenbosch_hills. So which farm will be next?:)
