The Durbanville Sauvignon Soirée is quickly becoming an annual favourite of mine and I am looking forward to the reveal of the new collaborative wine this year. This event promises an experience where you can taste your way through Durbanville's renowned cool-climate wines.
The Durbanville Sauvignon Soirée is a celebration of excellence, showcasing the collaborative efforts of South Africa's premier cool-climate winemaking region. I love that all the wineries and winemakers have come together to celebrate their region as a whole. Crafted with precision and passion, the 2024 Durbanville Sauvignon Blanc represents a fusion of talent from the region's top wine growers and makers.

Experience the culmination of decades of winemaking expertise as ten esteemed wine farms from Durbanville come together to create a wine that sets a new standard for South African Sauvignon Blanc. Led by Diemersdal, renowned for their innovative approach to winemaking, this collaborative effort promises a wine of unparalleled quality.

Attend the event on May 3rd at Cassia, Nitida Wine Estate, for an evening of indulgence. Taste your way through 10 different producers' Sauvignon Blancs, expertly paired with delectable canapés by Cassia Restaurant. Immerse yourself in the world of wine with selections from France and Italy, including the Sauvignon Blanc Top 10. And, of course, be among the first to savour the 2024 Durbanville Sauvignon Blanc, accompanied by live music.
