Here’s my experience:

I took a drive into Wellington for the weekend and stayed over at the newly renovated, Andreas Luxury Accommodation. Whilst there I realised that they produce some excellent Shiraz too!The wine is produced in unique vineyards where the vines are trained to grow in a unique "Y" shape. This method is meant to reduce botrytis rot and improve grape and wine quality (alcohol, tannins and colour intensity), while maintaining a good yield without significantly increasing the management operations of the vineyard.  Their Shiraz is matured for 12 and 18 months in toasted French and American oak barrels. The grounds are superb! Manicured lawns and a pool to refresh yourself during a hot day. There accommodation is fresh, homely and modern - you will feel right at home!
Breakfast is included too - it's oh so yummy! I had a great time!So which farm will be next?:)x
