Meet 101 of 800! Windfall wines in Robertson. About a 2-hour drive from Cape Town. it's a small, family-run winery that is only open for bookings and tastings by appointment only. Take note that there is quite a long, dirt road to get to the farm, about 3km. 

Wine Tasting

You will be pleased to know that Windfall also owns Windfall cottages. A series of beautifully coloured chalets smack bang in the middle of nowhere and just up the road from the tasting room. At night you can see the Milky Way and in the summer months, you can enjoy a swim in the swimming pool.  Sunsets and sunrises are the perfect treat! I enjoyed breakfast on the stoep accompanied by the sounds of birds as the sky raged a perfect shade of orange!
