Erinvale Estate Hotel & Spa has launched a series of exclusive Winemakers Dinners and sociable Wine Society events. I'm particularly excited about the Winemakers Dinners because it is exceptional value at just R840 per person. Each guest will get a 7-course dinner paired with wine. For a more relaxed setting, Erinvale has also created "wine society" dates where guests can experience a three-course small plate and wine pairing for just R425pp.

Winemakers Dinners at Stefan’s Restaurant

On the last Wednesday of each month, Stefan’s restaurant offers a luxurious 7-course dinner, meticulously paired with wines from renowned local estates. Executive Chef Stefan and acclaimed winemakers co-host this experience, pricing it at R840 per person, inclusive of all pairing wines.

Upcoming Winemakers Dinner Dates:

• 5 June 2024: Lourensford Wines With roots tracing back to the 1700s, Lourensford Estate is celebrated for its scenic beauty and exceptional wines. This dinner will highlight the Kleipot wines, crafted by Chief Winemaker Hannes Nel in terracotta amphorae, offering a unique taste experience.
• 3 July 2024: Ridgeback Wines Inspired by the resilience of the Rhodesian Ridgeback, Ridgeback Wines from Paarl consistently achieve acclaim. Winemaker Toit Wessels will showcase their finest selections, promising a night of bold and distinctive flavors.

Sociable Wine Society Events in the Magnolia Social Dining Lounge

For those seeking a more casual wine experience, the Wine Society events at Erinvale Estate Hotel & Spa offer a perfect alternative. Held monthly in the inviting Magnolia Social Dining Lounge, these evenings feature three winemakers presenting three wines each, paired with small plate dishes crafted by the chef, and a dessert to conclude the evening. These events are priced at R425 per person and limited to 30 guests, ensuring an intimate and engaging atmosphere.
